Black Maternal Health Expo

Baltimore Healthy Start is inviting you to join us for our Black Maternal Health Expo on Thursday, April 11th at the Reginald F. Lewis Museum from 4PM to 7PM!

In celebration of Black Maternal Health Week (April 11 – April 17) we are hosting our Black Maternal Health Expo that will feature: free health screenings, community resources, music, free food & drinks, wellness stations, free massages, and so much more! Each year, Black Maternal Health Week is recognized to raise awareness on the conditions that Black women face in birthing experiences and in their journies of motherhood. Black women are twice as likely to die from birth/postpartum complications than other women.

This event is open to the general public. While we are celebrating Black Maternal Health Week, we encourage all community members (men and women) to join us for a fun & educational evening!
